LandQuest Ventures, LLC provided Sailormen Inc. of Kendall, Florida with environmental consulting services on three approximately 3+acre undeveloped lots for the development of Popeyes Restaurants LandQuest staff of ecologists conducted and successfully completed a Section 404 wetland delineation receiving confirmation from the FDEP During the land development process, 

Additionally, LandQuest surveyed the sites for protective tree species and conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. LandQuest prepared Section 404 “after the fact” permit application for unadvised wetland impacts with USACE Jacksonville District. LandQuest staff prepared wetland mitigation plans and oversaw wetland restoration activity on the Crestview property.
